There is no quality difference between the products Sold by Gleamauro and the products in the official store. They are all produced in the same factory using the same materials, the same production process.

How can I return an item?
  • 1. EMAIL US- Contact Us(Email: contact@s1n9studio.com) and describe which item(s) you like to return and the reason for your return. Attach Photograph(s) for quality problems.
  • 2. TAKE SUGGESTIONS- Professional suggestions will be offered. And our service team will provide you with the detailed instructions.
  • 3. RETURNS THE GOODS- Put the item(s) in the original packaging and send it through local post office.
  • 4. REFUND OR EXCHANGED- Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund or exchange based on our return conditions.
Can I return or exchange the product if I am not satisfied?

We provide 60-day no-questions-asked refund and 120-day no-questions-asked exchange services for all customers who shop in our store. If you need a refund or exchange, you can contact our customer service team via email contact@s1n9studio.com within the specified time, and we will handle your request within 24 hours.

Why are many products that were previously available removed from the store?

OEMs need to first meet the production needs of luxury brand companies, and will adjust their production plans based on the production needs of luxury brand companies. Many times we are unable to purchase these products in time, so we will remove these products from the store.

When will my order be shipped and how long will it take for me to receive it?

Under normal circumstances, we will process and send your express delivery within two working days of your payment. When we send your express delivery, you will receive an email with the express delivery tracking number, estimated delivery date and other information. Express shipping time usually takes 6-10 days, the specific time depends on your shipping address.
